Promotion period and eligibility
Connected Champions is a Retailer-based promotion. All eligible employees within a Retailer participate collectively, and there is no individual employee eligibility or assessment element within this promotion.
For each calendar month during the promotional period 01.04.2026–31.12.2026, Retailers will qualify for entry into that month’s Prize Draw where they have both:
(i) contacted all customers submitting a customer request lead type within 48 hours of receipt; and
(ii) achieved their assigned appointment rate target across all Inspection, Oil Service, and Maintenance lead types during the relevant month.
Retailers meeting both criteria will be automatically entered into the applicable monthly Prize Draw. Each month will constitute a separate and independent draw.
Retailer Aftersales Managers have been issued with the relevant Retailer-level targets.
No action is required by Retailers to enter the promotion. Entries will be awarded automatically based on Retailer responses and leads data captured via Catalyst for Aftersales.
Where required for validation purposes, participants may be contacted and asked to provide additional information, including but not limited to delivery date and address details.
All eligible responses and leads recorded during the promotional period will be allocated to the applicable monthly Prize Draw, as detailed in the table below. Responses and leads will not carry over between months. The promotion will reset at 07:00 on the first day of each calendar month.

Retailers may be entered into multiple monthly Prize Draws and remain eligible to win more than once, irrespective of any previous wins.
Prizes and redemption
Available to win each month will be a selection of food related prizes to the value of £20, £50, £100 and £250.
Your entry tier will be determined by the number of leads you received in January, placing you into the corresponding prize draw band (£20, £50, £100 or £250):

Winners in each of the four prize draw tiers will be selected at random during the promotion period, each month.
Prizes fulfilment will be managed and distributed by WAA Chosen. No alternative prize formats are available.
All communications will be issued to the Retailer Aftersales Manager using the email address to which the relevant target information was provided in March. It is the Retailer’s responsibility to ensure this email address is accurate. Requests to amend this email address must be submitted to propositionsandloyalty@vwg.co.uk.
If a prize remains unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the participant, the Promoter reserves the right to dispose of the prize without liability.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal value should circumstances beyond its control require.
General terms
The promotion is not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, its agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Employees of independently franchised Volkswagen Group retailers may participate.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant it believes is acting contrary to the spirit of the promotion or engaging in unfair or improper conduct.
Participants may withdraw from the promotion at any time by submitting a written request to the Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant information, network failure or any technical issue beyond its reasonable control.
Participants must provide a valid email address and/or contact telephone number. These details will be used solely for administration of the promotion and prize fulfilment and will be retained only for a reasonable period.
In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other promotional material, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
Promoter

This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Privacy Policy
Your personal data will be held by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (the “Promoter”) and used only for the purpose of administering the competition in accordance with the competition Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are the legal basis for the Promoter’s processing. If you do not provide your personal data, the Promoter cannot process your competition entry and cannot notify you if you are successful.
If you are not successful in winning the competition, the Promoter will delete your information promptly after the incentive has finished. If you are successful, then the Promoter will delete your information after administration of prizes and related activities.
The Promoter will not disclose or share your information with any third party other than those who are engaged by the Promoter to administer the competition. Your information may be sent to countries outside of the European Economic Area where the Promoter’s (or its third parties’) processing equipment is located in another country but the Promoter ensures that any transfer happens in accordance with the law.
Entrants have various rights with regard to their personal data which the Promoter holds about them:
- (a) a right to request a copy of that information;
- (b) a right to require that the Promoter erases your information (but note that this will automatically remove your entry from the competition); and
- (c) a right to amend your information.
To exercise any of these rights, please write to the Legal Department, Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. You will need to make your request in writing, specifying the action that you want the Promoter to take and enclose proof of your identity.
If you believe that the Promoter is not treating your personal data in accordance with the law, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office. You can find more details at their website https://ico.org.uk/.
